During our initial meeting we will discuss your specific areas of concern as well as assess if we are the right client/therapist fit. From here, we will be able to create your personalize treatment plan and discuss how it can best work into your day-to-day life.

Rates & Insurance

Rates:

  • Average Session Fee: $120 for hour, $90 for 45 minutes, $60 for 30 minutes

Insurance:

Accepting  Blue Cross Blue Shield of Alabama, Aetna,  Cigna, Oscar (Optum), Oxford (Optum), and United Healthcare (Optum) Please see links below for booking. 

I will also gladly provide a superbill so you  can file with your insurance company for possible reimbursement for out of pocket services.

I do offer some “bundle” prices to help make more affordable.

Also if you have not insurance or are under insured you can contact me discuss possible prorated fee of $50-$70 an hour.

  • Bundle 1: 3 one hour sessions $350
  • Bundle 2: 3 forty-five minutes sessions  $260
  • Bundle 3: 3 thirty minutes sessions  $170

Please note the cancellation policy. If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session or if you have paid for a bundle of sessions it will count as one of your sessions.
